Good news! Writing the sequel isn't contingent on getting the photo rights, I hope not. Well, I was thinking that some folks who voted wanted early access to things. If I write a complete sequel and make one long book and put it on Amazon with the title image, that might be worth it. As for the site, I could make the sequel available ahead of time for folks that wanted to do that. Just kind of playing around with ways to manage the money that has to go into the upkeep, leaving out (of course) the time it takes to code or create artwork. For instance, for the new It Al Started at Schwartz page, I made the art. Touch and go, and I'm not expert, but I was pretty pleased. So if I can find ways to defray what comes out of my pocket for monthly expenses and the site address renewals, it makes sense - especially since some folks are clearly okay with helping with that sort of thing. Since the donate button appears a few folks have helped out - and I'll just leave that in the PayPal account so it's ready when needed. No one should feel compelled or 'feel bad' if they can't; the site will go on. Some folks do like to help, though, and this is one way to make site ops easier. Little off track - I just like the image and would like to attach it to an ebook, and I'm kind of thrilled I finally waded through all those tumblr's to find the original image. I had despaired, trust me.

I cannot even imagine! You're a man of great patience... or something... Yes, something. You wouldn't believe how many Tumblr pages I had to go through to finally find the first one to have posted it and to have shared the source! I can also now say that Corinne Golabek, the photographer, has given permission for it to be used! So, I will proceed to write the sequel and release it with the original as an ebook to help support the site and release it in serial form afterward.

Is the sequel still in the cards? Thanks. I got onto other things, but I still have the first 11 pages or so and an outline. I just wrote 40k words in Cynus's Fearless universe and that, called The List, will be my next serial release. Once I'm done screwing with that and send it to editing, I'll take a look at What We Found, the sequel.
