Hello everyone! It's been a odd summer for me. First the business with the hospital visit and the subsequent recovery - which I'm starting to think may never totally go away. Then we had some major issues with one of our kids to the point that he wasn't living at home for a bit and we were looking into options in case we just couldn't have him at home anymore. He is back and things are going all right. Amid all that I started having pain in both feet and just went to the podiatrist and so there is that mess. It's one thing after the other and I just haven't had the time to focus on updating. So what does this mean to you, the reader, waiting for updates? I plan to be picking at the site this week. I have the Sanitaria Story that was posted to Patreon, I have a story to add to Pedro's challenge series and I have a whole story by Nigel that covers an amazing set of years in a man's life. I'm also working, slower than I'd like, on a new story that is also set in the SS universe and features a few cameos from the ensemble called 'what you leave behind'.
So watch for updates throughout the week, possibly as soon as tomorrow.

A minor traffic accident this week put me back behind the eight ball. A C You Next Tuesday rear ended me, then took off. I'm okay, as is my oldest who was with me. Had a headache for a few days. I'll try again this week.

A minor traffic accident this week put me back behind the eight ball. A C You Next Tuesday rear ended me, then took off. I'm okay, as is my oldest who was with me. Had a headache for a few days. I'll try again this week. I'm sorry for your accident but glad you guys escaped serious injury.
I met a C You Next Tuesday awhile ago. She was paying attention to her cell phone, a puppy in the front seat, a baby in the back in a car seat and driving her car, in that order. Several people came up and told the police what happened. That I was in the curb lane doing the speed limit going through the intersection on a green light when she drove in front of me.
I think I'd rather have had her take off than the final results. The court found me 40% at fault!!!! The insurance adjuster told me it was a formality and wouldn't effect my driving record or my coverage. It was her lawyer trying to minimize the long term effects on her. The car was totaled and her insurance paid it off. It still pis... irritates me. I REALLY liked that car and it wasn't even a year old.
My friend and I now know what a 45 MPH impact and seat belts/airbags do to your upper torso. We were both sore but didn't require medical treatment.

I've been in the tunnel and that is daylight ahead. I hope the light at the end of your tunnel is daylight and not a freight train. I also want you to get there soon.
