Good New Year's Day to you!

2021 or Marjultember 2020 as some of us know it, was a mixed bag but these things often are. We're grateful at this point that Jake got a clean bill of health from the vet yesterday - incision healed well, temp normal, no blood in stool. He got his staples out and I have to give him some antibiotics for a bit longer - and he's a bear about taking meds. But he's our holiday miracle. I've been joking that they used to have the 10 million dollar man, but we have the 10k dog. I'm grateful my mom was able to lend us a big chunk of that on short notice, she's always willing and mostly able. Shout out to the parents out there, yeah?

We have a few things to get us going in 2022, and I'll be asking for your input! Some really nice and talented people have been working on improving the site to make it more usable for you guys, updating the appearance and features and standardizing the reader's experience. The beta version of the main pages for that site will become available through a link, maybe in the next few weeks. I'll be asking you guys to take a look and navigate the main pages that were set up and let me know that you think. I literally have the R & D team to thank for all their work with coding and testing things out in their spare time - they have been super generous and I'm very grateful to them

Story wise we have two completed SS episodes to look forward to, both of which are now on Patreon. The first is Comfy which features Isaac from Family, who also made cameo appearances in Panic 2 and Bloom. Next we have Conversations 2 which goes from Emily Baker to Sterling 'Boomer' Bennett and then to Garrett French with a little Jamie Kirkwood appearance mixed in. I do have a third story in flux if I think I can fix it featuring Logan Whitmore and Grayson Anderson.

From there I have a magic centered story I'm working on that will take a while to get done, presuming nothing interferes.

I will be turning off the 'members only' part of the board soon and we'll see if it was long enough to discourage the spammers, but if they come back I'll be putting it back in place as a deterrent as need be.
