I don't know how many people check the boards for information, but I was asked today by a longtime reader about the Sunday posts; specifically that he checks them weekly and has been missing them. Thursday's are for serials and Sunday's are for shorts/Sanitaria Springs. I have had a lack of short stories and SS is stuck until I complete this latest chapter so everything can move forward, chronologically.
Unfortunately, I have struggled to write since Ryan's passing. Writing has always been a little on, a little off for me but I was able to do a lot more with the relationship Ryan and I had, as it relates to writing. With that lost, I've struggled to write and when I do, the results are far from what I'd hope. In fact, thinking I was done (but for the ending feeling rushed) that Lu chapter came back from editing with major problems.
As a reader, this probably feels like a lot of whining when you just want to read a story. Unfortunately, it's where I'm at. I hope to fix that chapter this week and post on Sunday the 1st of November, then there will be several weeks of uninterrupted SS until the backlog clears out.
And, yes, I'm feeling a little sorry for myself.
