Dave, did you at one time have this book available for download in e-reader format? I seem to remember obtaining a copy but if I did I don't think it was through Amazon but could be uploaded to an Kindle device. At any rate, if it was this book, I've long since lost the file. If it was not this book, well... Nevermind? LOL

Yeah, so never mind. I actually found it in my Kindle Library online at Amazon,
but it isn't showing up on my device...

Yep. There was something goofy with it - I uploaded the new one, which should have overwritten the first, but it didn't. Pissed me off because everyone who got the original should have had their copy automatically updated, but no dice. This is for a paperback version with a dedication.
