That he is easy to look at doesn't hurt either.
One clip is on a golf course. I think there is a U. S. Flag and a Texas State flag way in the background. Fitting if so because he has Texas BIG talent.

He is 21 year old Alan Milan and he has two youtube channels, "ItsAMoney" and "Alan Milan", the first is covers and the latter is live performances. You're right, he's based out of Dallas, Texas and he is an awesome talent.
