I remember for the longest times I would hear The Padres and the Mets were the last two teams not to have a no hitter then the Johan Santana pitched on in 2012 It took the mets 50 years I had hoped the Padres would get their first one before that but it took them longer 53 years but they finally got it and Musgrove grew up in San Diego cool
At least they didn't have the longest drought between no-hitters The Phillies once went 58 years between no-hitters

Tingler should never have been hired. He had no managing experience - and I do mean that literally. He was hired because Preller is a micromanager and Tingler is a yes man. Tingler lost the confidence of the team. They need a seasoned manager - like Bochy, but an article I read said that Bochy wouldn't come back because he didn't want to deal with Preller and his micromanaging ways. Can't say I blame him. Preller needs to stay in his lane and let people do their jobs.
