I continue to like this a whole lot. It's top-quality Dabeagle.
I just want to point out the scene between Harrison and Sean outside Sean's apartment: in the exchange each one discovers something about himself, and about the other one, and about the relationship that's developing between them. Really masterfully done and from a narrative/dramatic angle, really engrossing. Well, the whole thing is engrossing.
Just one odd tech note: in the final section, beginning with "The last session was a tad of a blur." the text is formatted so that it displays as underlined, center-justified and a somewhat larger point size.

Thanks for the heads up, Paul! When I use the dividers to show a break in the story - usually the first letters of the story title, or in this case just ~T~, it's surrounded by two tags. The <h3> tag defined in the .css tells the tag how it's supposed to look. The </h3> turns it off. I forgot to add in the '/' so the style of <h3> was being used for the rest of the file.
it's fixed, now.

Ticking: Holy shit. I'm gonna have to read this again a time or two. Lots and lots to unpack in this, and there's a lot in chapter 5 . Thanks, dabeagle!

I'm still enjoying this immensely. Great characterizations.

Thank you, guys. It's not a long one, only 8 chapters, so you won't have to wait long to tear through it.

Thanks Dabeale for another great tale. I thought the early chapters showed a certain darkness, but the last chapter was on a different level.

I've never read a story by DaBeagle that I didn't like! Like Lugnutz said above me, I didn't see it coming either. Thanks!

I just finished it again. Ya, I beta read it but they are so much better when you can read them non-stop. Another thing I love about Dabeagle's stories is that when you read nonstop there is no break in the bubble. You can remain in the fantasy of the story from beginning to end.
Loved it and ya, that twist at the end was really unexpected. The story is awesome.
Going to look for any stories I may have missed.
Well done.
