Sometimes I read a story on one site and it reminds me of another story or two on another site. Ryan's story, Broken Hearted, at

and introduced Kale, Robin, and Jamie Kirkwood, along with Chase Dudley, reminds me of "The Toothache" by B. E. Kelley on Nifty at
www.nifty.org/nifty/gay/highschool/toothache in several ways.
Ryan's is the superior story for several reasons. Both are good stories, but Ryan's is superior in the way the subject is introduced, the fear Kale has of Alec, Chase's admiration of Sasha and Alec, Chase's bubbly personality, Kale's grandfather, the interaction with Robin and Jamie, and the ending was superb. The character development is great.
Somewhere, I also read another story which has some similarity to "The Toothache" and Broken Hearted.
Now, the question: Have you seen other stories which remind you of a particular story? Something on this board reminding you of another story?
