I'm looking forward to reading the stories in the hopper.
My impatience is compelling me to make the following comments about Micah and his future. I have read "little Bit" more times than I can remember. In the story Alec comments to Sasha that Robin and Lu will be in Albany next school year. In "Scars" and "The trouble with Pretending" Micah's poor school experience and the school district situation are discussed along with housing costs.
Ever since Little Bit, I've been thinking that Alex, Sascha, Micha, Robin and Lu would share a residence and mutually support each other. Now, since that option wasn't mentioned in either of the other stories I have been worrying. I still hope that the 5 of them can find an affordable way to be together in a good school district. I really want Micah's new found trust and confidence to grow when he returns to school.
I'm hoping that the Robin, Lucien and Micah stories in the hopper will happily resolve my concerns.
I know that these stories are Literature History and not Literal History but, still I like happy endings to my bedtime stories.
Thanks for Sanitaria Springs and thanks for reading this Dave.

Neal, another clue of coming events happens in the SS story "Signing Day," by Ryan Bartlett. Following are some relevant quotes from the end of that story:
Quite suddenly Nate appeared and, just as Devyn released Griff, Nate grabbed him and squeezed him tightly. His eyes were were wet and his voice thick, but everyone could hear him. “I don't know why you changed your mind, but thank you. Thank you so much.”
“Nate...” Griff said softly as he returned the hug. “I wasn't trying to take Dev away from you.”
“I know,” Nate said and nodded, his face pressed to Griffin's cheek. “But that's what was happening, anyway.” He leaned back and looked Griffin in the eye. “I'm just a cousin; I haven't even been around Dev for a year. You're his boyfriend, the one he was ready to leave everyone behind for. I know where I stand. Even though you didn't do this for me, it still changes everything for me.”
Griff pursed his lips and smiled at Nate. “Nate, I did this for us. All of us. You, too.”
Nate sniffed and Devyn shook his head and patted his cousin on the shoulder. Nate colored and glanced around, perhaps fully grasping the emotional scene he was making.
“Uh,” Nate paused, but he was saved.
“Hey, you know what this means?” asked Robin with excitement. “We can all live together, the four of us.”
“Yeah!” Griffin enthused. “That’ll be amazing! We’ll talk about it really soon, but,” said Griffin while smiling and opening his eyes wide. “Right now I’ve gotta go explain to my parents.”
“Don’t worry, I’m sure they’ll understand,” said Lucien.
“I'm sure they will, too.” And Griffin, picturing his mother's happy grin and moistening eyes, smiled. (The end)
That might be a big clue, right there. If they were in the right apartment complex or two or three level home, Alec, Sasha, and Micah could end up with all living in the same location as Robin, Lucien, Griffin, and Devyn!

Ugh, love you guys and your speculations. Nate and Elliot will make an appearance in the upcoming Bellamy POV story. I don't want to give away the living accommodations - Three are going to RPI, Dev will likely go to a Community College and then of course Alec and Sasha go to NYU @ Albany, while wanting to move Micah into a better school district they will need to make sure they can reach their classes. I can also say while that is being hashed out, that story should have some nice Easter eggs for long-time readers of mine; those who read all my stuff and not SS by itself.

WELL, DUH!
Color me stupid. Regarding:
"That might be a big clue, right there. If they were in the right apartment complex or two or three level home, Alec, Sasha, and Micah could end up with all living in the same location as Robin, Lucien, Griffin, and Devyn!"
I'm not familiar with New York State, so, I didn't get how the clue helped. I was putting along thinking Troy, NY was up and left from SS and Albany, NY was up and right and no where near each other. Then I had a mind fart and decided to Google Earth the cities. 10 Miles from one school to the other! CLUE makes sense to me now.
Now I'm looking forward to the continuing story of the guys.
Thanks Dave

Looks like a couple have been scratched , may I ask why? Was especially looking forward to the Bel story , all the more so since it had some Nate Eliot content. I'm sure what remains in the list will be great though, the Micah PoV is the other one up there that I'm itching to read 😍

The SS stories debut on Patreon for those that choose to subscribe, and then come here a few weeks later. My work will always be free, but for those willing/able I have an avenue for financial support of my writing/website.

Something bugging me, Dave. I know I am a "Literalist" My default is to take things literally. So ever since you wrote "Egregious sex scene" I've been wondering what was coming.
It is the word "Egregious." Below is an excerpt from one of the definitions of the word that I found. All of the definitions had similar synonyms.
"My massage therapist gave me bruises," someone complained recently on Twitter, asking, "When does it cease to be deep tissue massage therapy and become egregious and unabashed manhandling?" An egregious error is hardly forgivable. Some synonyms are shocking, appalling, and intolerable. The word has made a 180-degree turn from its original sense in Latin, when it meant "exceptionally good." Word historians have speculated that the negative usage was originally meant to be ironic, but it is the only sense that has survived. Be careful not to use it to mean "outstanding," since no one wants to be called egregious."
I hope nothing shocking, appalling or intolerable happens to Lucien during sex. It's just me, maybe, but SS is "Bedtime/Happy Endings" to me.
Thanks for reading and considering this.

Probably poor word choice on my part. It's an exceptionally long sex scene because it's them as adults, essentially, and part of the chapter focuses on Derek speaking to Lucien about - well, I don't want to give it away, do I? But in essence it's a detailed account of Lucien trying to burn their first night away, living together, forever in Robin's mind. I think it's something like 9 pages and certainly something I've never written before. I include details as I think are necessary for the story, and this was actually showing how far they've come, partially by how Lucien treats Robin behind closed doors.
