Wow! I was blown away by Hamster : These just keep getting better and better.
I have to say that Flubberbuster Burger has to be one the best, most cynical snipes at the fast food industry. The very name seems to make you feel you gained fifty pounds from eating too much grease.
I can never get over how prescient and wise beyond their years all your characters are. When I was fourteen, I had no sense of self, and I barely do now. I would never even have found myself in an environment where it was safe to have a boyfriend, much less find anyone to ask.
I`m really desperately envious of the 'found family' all these guys have. I'm especially jealous of Lucien and Robin, though. That sounds like a relationship that's about as perfect as it can get, despite Alec spreading all kinds of false rumours about them. I think we definitely need a few stories to showcase their developing romance, without getting it second and third hand with Alec's false reports of their private activities.
Not sure we want to know what Alec got for Chase and Kale, but I wouldn't mind knowing what book Austin was reading.

It's probably a good idea to keep in mind that these characters likely act beyond their years. We all know kids do dumb things, because we were all kids. Sometimes we see those things coming, but I find it a bit more interesting to make my guys a bit above the average.
You'll get more of Robin and Lucien. I like getting more of them, too.
Austin was reading a book called The Tour of the Merrimack by R.M. Melluch. No gay content, decent read, couple of cardboard cutout characters but still enjoyable.

Yes! That would great!
So what's up with Chase's whole foot fetish?
I guess they are just a bit above average. I'd imagine, most guys growing up in Austin's situation would be extremely rough, and probably very angry at everyone else. If he was the average poor trailer kid, he probably would have disappeared in spite of Chase's happiness.
