Uh... I used to be able to find Sanitaria Springs stories here and elsewhere, but I noticed this morning that they are no longer "easy to find" elsewhere. Indeed, some stories that are still here seem to be no longer there at all.
Is this change something that may be inquired about here, or is it best to ask no questions and just be thankful the stories can still be found at all?

Here is now the sole place for many of them. There was a falling out with the other place.

I was unhappy with the content of a story hosted there, one whose content I had been promised would not be posted there. I was made the villain and called several names for my critique of said story, even though I wasn't the only one with that opinion - but I demanded the removal of my stories and I have been banned from their boards. The wiki will keep the links to the individual authors, however my stories and those of Ryan Bartlett are here as well as the ones Cynus contributed. I will be adding Lugnut'z story as soon as I can format and find a picture to accompany it. With all the content and codework to go with it and my own writing, I haven't had the time.
For the moment, that's all I'll say publicly about that.

Well, I am sorry to hear that.
I really am thankful for these stories in particular. My family is going through some specific challenges lately, and I have found that reading the Sanitaria Springs stories in particular lets me escape for a few minutes to a make-believe world where some exceptional fictional people are kind and encouraging and thoughtful and ready to grow...

There are something like 8 stories in queue at the moment, so there is no end in sight. You can get updates by checking the home page, the message board or follow us on Facebook, we update every Saturday. Once I organize my thoughts, I may make a larger statement in the 'My Thoughts' section, only because this has been such a rotten experience. |

Woah, I just found out about this. I did notice some changes over at AD, but it appears I've missed out on a lot reading, so I'll be playing catch-up, for a while.
I can see that you and Ryan have been quite prolific recently, so I'll need to find some spare time. Kind of annoying that there had to be a disagreement, but it seems to be a recurring facet of the human condition.

I wasn't there, so I can't pass judgement. I can only take you at your word.
I guess it really comes down to the fact that AD is much more of an open story hosting community. Here, at least, Dabeagle has his own space and he can control what is posted, and make sure it's good for the community and not harmful to it.
